Meet Lonnie

Support grounded in
lived experience.

Hello, I am Lonnie Farrell.

My journey into parent coaching began at home while raising my three sons with ASD and ADHD. Through this lived experience and more than 25 years of professional work in social services, behavioural consulting, education, and mental health, I have learned how valuable clear information, compassionate support, and practical guidance can be when families are navigating everyday challenges and planning the journey ahead.

(ASD refers to Autism Spectrum Disorder, and ADHD refers to Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder).

I am an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with formal training in Autism and Behavioural Science and ongoing education in Disability Studies. My coaching brings together lived experience, professional knowledge, compassion, and practical guidance. I consider the whole family—the relationships, challenges, and strengths—so parents can better understand their circumstances, identify realistic supports, and take their next steps with greater clarity and confidence.

This work is deeply personal to me because it grows from both my professional experience and my own family journey. I want parents to feel seen, supported, and equipped to move forward with greater confidence, connection, and hope.

You dont have to figure this out alone.
Let's find a way forward, together.
